1. Scope & Acceptance
These terms and conditions govern the use of crpseals.com, including commercial quotation requests and online store purchases of rubber cords and sealing components from Classic Rubber Products.
2. Pricing & Quotations
Commercial quotations submitted via email are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices listed on the online store are subject to an active 20% discount promotion and include applicable statutory GST (18%) itemized at checkout.
3. Dimensional Tolerances
All extruded cords and moulded components are manufactured in accordance with internationally recognized standards:
- Extruded solid cords: ISO 3302-1 Class E1 (Precision) or Class E2 (Standard).
- Moulded O-rings: ISO 3601-1 Class A and AS568 dimensional tolerances.
4. Limitation of Liability
While our technical engineering team provides recommendations based on published polymer compatibility data, the ultimate responsibility for determining compound suitability in a specific mechanical system rests with the purchaser. Classic Rubber Products' liability is strictly limited to replacement or refund of defective material.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of contracts, quotations, or online transactions with Classic Rubber Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai / Thane, Maharashtra, India.
