1. Dispatch Timelines
For standard NBR rubber cords ordered through our online store, orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 24 to 48 business hours following payment confirmation.
The overall delivery timeline to major metros across India is typically 3 to 5 business days, with non-metro and regional industrial corridors taking up to 7 business days (Estimated delivery: 1 week).
2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
We maintain straightforward, predictable shipping charges:
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all online store orders with a subtotal of ₹2,000 and above.
- Standard Flat Rate: A flat shipping charge of ₹150 is applied to orders below ₹2,000 to cover packaging, carton boxing, and courier transit.
3. Courier Partners & Tracking
All shipments are dispatched via reputable national logistics providers including Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post Speed Post. As soon as your consignment is manifested, you will receive an email containing your tracking AWB number and active tracking portal link.
4. Packaging Standards
Rubber cords and sealing components are coiled, wrapped in moisture-resistant polyethylene film, and securely packaged inside double-wall corrugated cartons to prevent ultraviolet light exposure, physical abrasion, or deformation during transit.
5. Bulk Commercial Shipments
