Hydraulic cylinders in earthmoving machinery, plastic injection moulding presses, and steel rolling mills operate under extreme pressure spikes, shock loads, and contaminated working environments. Our hydraulic packings deliver low friction, zero drift, and outstanding extrusion resistance.
Core Hydraulic Seal Profiles
- Rod Seals (U-Cup / Asymmetrical): Prevent fluid leakage along the reciprocating chrome piston rod into the ambient atmosphere while maintaining a thin lubricating oil film.
- Piston Seals (Double & Single Acting): Maintain differential pressure across the piston head to ensure positive cylinder extension and retraction force without internal bypass.
- Wiper / Scraper Rings: Exclude dirt, dust, mud, and moisture from entering the cylinder housing as the rod retracts, preserving internal hydraulic fluid cleanliness.
- Guide Rings & Wear Bands: Absorb heavy side transverse loads and prevent metal-to-metal contact between the steel piston and cylinder bore.
