1. 7-Day Inspection Window
Classic Rubber Products takes utmost pride in our manufacturing quality. Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect the material within 7 business days. If there is an evident manufacturing defect, dimensional non-conformance exceeding ISO 3302-1 tolerances, or incorrect item dispatch, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must remain unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging coils without cuts or adhesive contamination.
- Proof of purchase (Order Reference number or Tax Invoice) must accompany the claim.
- Photographs or digital caliper measurements demonstrating the discrepancy should be emailed to sales@crpseals.com.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-cut lengths manufactured specifically to non-standard lengths under special customer instructions, custom-tooled moulded parts, and custom-compounded elastomers cannot be returned once approved and manufactured, unless there is a verifiable material test failure.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned consignment at our manufacturing plant.
