ANSI & DIN STANDARDS

Engineered Flange Gaskets for Positive Joint Integrity

Flange connection leakage causes severe plant downtime, environmental hazards, and costly product loss. Our elastomeric flange gaskets are manufactured using precision steel rule dies and computerized CNC oscillating knife tables to guarantee clean edges, exact bolt hole alignment, and consistent recovery under bolt preloads.

Flange Styles & Design Considerations

  • Full Face (Type FF): Extends to the outer diameter of the flange with pre-punched bolt holes. Best suited for flat-face cast iron, ductile iron, and bronze valves to prevent flange flange bending stress when torquing.
  • Raised Face (Type IBC / Ring Gasket): Sits entirely inside the inner diameter of the bolt circle. Concentrates bolt clamping forces on a smaller gasket contact area for tighter fluid sealing under higher line pressures.
  • Heat Exchanger Gaskets: Custom rectangular, oval, and pass-partition rib configurations tailored to multi-pass shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
