Custom Component Types
- Anti-Vibration Mountings & Dampers: Heavy elastomeric isolators that decouple mechanical vibrations between rotating motors, compressors, and foundation frames.
- Rubber Diaphragms (Fabric Reinforced): Thin, high-flexure diaphragms reinforced with nylon or polyester fabric for pneumatic control valves, carburetors, and metering pumps.
- Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Bushings: Precision vulcanization using Chemlok adhesive chemistry ensuring bond strength exceeds the parent elastomer's tensile tear threshold.
- Protective Bellows & Expansion Boots: Flexible convoluted rubber covers shielding ball joints, steering linkages, and lead screws from abrasive dust and slurry.
