Equipped with high-precision CNC machining centers and wire EDM units, our tooling shop manufactures multi-cavity compression moulds and complex extrusion dies with micron-level tolerances.

Custom Polymer Compounding & Mixing

Continuous Extrusion & Vulcanization
Our cold-feed rubber extruders and microwave/liquid curing medium (LCM) continuous vulcanization lines produce dense and sponge rubber cords, tubing, and custom profiles without porosity.

- Diameters from 1.0 mm to 50.0 mm continuous
